The UNIQLO UT x Shueisha 100th Anniversary Manga Collection launches on March 16, celebrating legendary manga series through graphic T shirts inspired by some of Japan’s most beloved titles.

UNIQLO UT is set to release the Manga UT Shueisha 100th Anniversary Collection
The collection is part of UNIQLO’s graphic T shirt brand UT and commemorates the 100th anniversary of Shueisha, one of Japan’s most influential publishing companies. The first wave features 22 designs of men’s T shirts, each priced at 1,990 yen, and is available at UNIQLO stores nationwide in Japan as well as through the online store.
Iconic Manga From Weekly Shonen Jump
Japanese manga culture has captivated readers worldwide, and this special collection translates the spirit of classic stories into fashion. The lineup is designed not only for dedicated fans but also for readers who grew up with these works, offering a mix of nostalgia and fresh design.
The first installment includes 22 designs based on 11 works selected from three of Shueisha’s flagship magazines.
From Weekly Shonen Jump, the collection features:
・KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops (Kochira Katsushika ku Kameari Koen mae Hashutsujo)
・Kinnikuman
・Captain Tsubasa
・Saint Seiya
・Yu Yu Hakusho
・HUNTER x HUNTER
・Jujutsu Kaisen
Each design reflects memorable scenes and the unique world of its respective series, highlighting characters and iconic imagery that fans instantly recognize.
Titles From Young Jump and Jump SQ. Also Included
The lineup also expands beyond Weekly Shonen Jump.
From Weekly Young Jump, the collection includes:
・GANTZ
・Kingdom
・Golden Kamuy
Additionally, the historical action series Rurouni Kenshin Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story appears as part of the collaboration, representing both Weekly Shonen Jump and Jump SQ.
By combining titles from both shonen and seinen manga magazines, the collection appeals to a wide range of generations who have experienced Shueisha’s manga history.
A Two Year Project Celebrating Manga History
This collaboration traces the evolution of manga culture through fashion. The project is planned to continue for approximately two years, with around 100 T shirt designs inspired by classic Shueisha titles scheduled to appear gradually in future releases.
Fans can expect additional waves featuring more legendary manga that shaped generations of readers.
