The series is based on a popular manga currently serialized in Bessatsu Margaret, with total circulation exceeding 2.8 million copies. The story follows high school girl Ito Narita, who dreams of a peaceful life with her beloved mother and new father. However, what awaits her instead are four extremely handsome but highly eccentric younger stepbrothers.

Caught off guard by this unexpected situation, Ito finds herself suddenly living together with her four brothers after her father is transferred for work, marking the beginning of a lively and chaotic new family life.
