From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman II Episode 3 Story & Preview Cuts Released: Shadows Attack the Academy and Render Magic Useless

The story and preview images for Episode 3 of the TV anime From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman (JP: 片田舎のおっさん、剣聖になる, Katainaka no Ossan kensei ni Naru) Season 2 have been revealed. This episode will air on Wednesday, July 22 at 11:45 PM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms. Along with the episode details, a special action movie produced with the full effort of the production staff has also been released.

Episode 3 Story

Shadows in the shape of wolves attack the teachers, and magic cannot be used near the academy.

To investigate the cause of this abnormal situation, Beryl and Ficelle, who can fight without magic, venture inside the academy.

At the same time, a shadow wolf appears in the cafeteria where the students of the Sword Magic Department are waiting. Recognizing their own immaturity, Mewi and the others make the decision to stand and fight.

Introduction
