Disney and Pixar's film "Inside Out 2," which has been released worldwide since June 14th, has surpassed $1.462 billion (224.5 billion yen) in global box office revenue, overtaking "Frozen 2" ($1.454 billion) to become the highest-grossing animated film in history (as of July 25th, according to Box Office Mojo, with the conversion rate of 153 yen to the dollar).

Director Kelsey Mann and producer Mark Nielsen, who worked on the film, commented with a special hand-drawn illustration: "We are moved by the tremendous love for 'Inside Out 2' from around the world. Thank you for joining us on this incredible emotional adventure."

One of the reasons behind the huge success of "Inside Out 2" abroad is that, unlike many animated films, adults are the primary audience worldwide. In Japan, the film will be released on August 1st. Prior to that, on the 26th, during the broadcast of Pixar's hit film "Toy Story" on Nippon TV's "Friday Roadshow," a special Pixar feature and an uncut 7-minute preview of "Inside Out 2" will be aired for the first time.

The special Pixar feature will showcase various emotions experienced throughout life, such as joy from friendship and sadness from farewells, highlighting memorable scenes from past Pixar films in collaboration with the emotions from "Inside Out 2." This approximately 3.5-minute emotional video is exclusively created for the "Friday Roadshow" broadcast of "Toy Story," so be sure not to miss it.

Additionally, the 7-minute uncut preview of "Inside Out 2" will provide an early look at a crucial scene where Riley, facing a significant life transition, deals with her real-life worries and struggles, and where her childhood emotion Joy encounters the adult emotion Anxiety. This preview will be exclusive to the "Friday Roadshow."
