The synopsis and preview cut for Episode 25, titled "To Kyoto," of the anime 'Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story - Kyoto Chaos,' which will begin airing its second season on October 3, 2024, have been revealed.

Kenshin decides to confront Shishio and leaves the Kamiya Dojo. To prevent anyone else from being caught up in the battle, he walks alone along the Tōkaidō toward Kyoto. The members of the Kamiya Dojo remain in Tokyo, and Kaoru, who was told goodbye by Kenshin, is left saddened and depressed. Meanwhile, as Sanosuke and Yahiko try to follow Kenshin to Kyoto, they are stopped by Hiko, who says, "This isn't your fight."
