■Characters
Sunraku / Rakuro Hizutome
CV: Yuma Uchida
Rakuro Hizutome is a high school boy and an extreme "crappy game" (kusoge) enthusiast to the point that he hasn’t played anything other than kusoge for several years. He even owns a shelf specifically for storing these bad games, categorizing and ranking them with dividers. He is a "tension monster" whose performance fluctuates with his mood. When his tension is high, he demonstrates extraordinary concentration, reflexes, and tolerance for unfair challenges, all honed by playing countless kusoge, achieving near superhuman feats like a human TAS (Tool-Assisted Speedrun). Due to his wide experience with kusoge of various genres, he shows an exceptional level of tolerance for most things, occasionally earning the nickname "villain" for his cold and calculating mindset. However, he also possesses a certain level of gaming ethics, preferring to clear high-difficulty stages using orthodox methods. He proudly states that he prioritizes good weapons over armor.
Psyger-0
CV: Rei Saiga
Rakuro's classmate in high school and the third daughter of the Saiga family, a distinguished old family in their hometown. She is a perfect superhuman, with impeccable manners and speech, and is known throughout the school as a beautiful girl. Her family has deep ties to martial arts, as they are related to the Ryuguuin family, who are masters of swordsmanship. All three Saiga sisters have mastered martial arts at a high level for self-defense. Despite being female, she uses a large, muscular male avatar in the game. She holds the title of "Maximum Firepower," awarded to the player who has achieved the highest burst damage in Shangri-La Frontier.
Arthur Pencilgon / Towa Amane
CV: Yoko Hikasa
Arthur Pencilgon is the vice-owner of the player-killer (PK) clan Ashura-kai and is known by the nickname "Giant Killing" for her ability to take down hardcore players. In real life, she is Japan's most famous charismatic female model, known for her stunning appearance, which she praises herself as well.
Oikatzzo / Kei Uomi
CV: Makoto Koichi
Though his avatar is a cutesy female character, the player behind it is a male. In reality, he is Kei, the unshakable ace of the fighting game division, also known as "Nitro Squad," of the multi-professional gaming team Cyber Battalion. Kei is recognized as the undisputed top fighting game player among Japanese gamers.
