"Exit No. 8" Tops 2025 Live-Action Films with ¥950 Million($6.5m)in 3 Days

The live-action film adaptation of the globally popular anomaly-spotting game, Exit No. 8, has become a major hit. In just three days since its release on August 29, the film drew 671,840 viewers and earned 953,919,000 yen($6.5m)at the box office. At the stage greeting event held after the premiere screening on the opening day, cast members Kazunari Ninomiya (who plays the protagonist, the "Lost Man"), Nana Komatsu, Yamato Kawachi, and director Genki Kawamura took the stage.
