The new product, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Seal Lottery, using original artwork from the manga, was released on October 11 at select bookstores, theaters, and convenience stores nationwide.

The seal lottery consists of 8 types in total: 7 regular types and 1 secret type. Each seal is stylishly designed using carefully selected artwork based on different themes and comes in a size equivalent to two sheets of the same format as the Frieren manga volumes. The seals are sold inside a special envelope (randomly chosen from 6 designs) and packaged in an OPP bag. Stores selling the product feature a special treasure chest-shaped display case from which customers can select their preferred envelope. However, the specific design inside is revealed only after purchase, as the product follows a blind box format. Each lottery seal is priced at 660 yen.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is a fantasy manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday since April 2020. The story, set after the defeat of the Demon King, follows the elf mage Frieren as she embarks on new adventures with her companions in a world without the hero. The series’ unique timeline, which begins "after the defeat of the Demon King," along with its emotionally resonant drama, memorable dialogue, battles involving magic and swords, and moments of humor, has garnered a large readership. It won the prestigious "Manga Taisho 2021" and has sold over 22 million copies. The anime adaptation is airing from September 2023 to March 2024, and a second season has already been confirmed.
