Voice actress Nobuyo Oyama passed away on September 29 at the age of 90, as announced by her agency on October 11.

Born on October 16, 1933, in Tokyo, Oyama had blood type O. From 1979 to 2005, she voiced Doraemon in the Doraemon anime series on TV Asahi. She also lent her voice to other notable works, including Lassie, Boo Foo Woo, and Harris no Kaze. Her husband was actor Keisuke Sunagawa.
