Tennis no Oujisama (Prince of Tennis) creator Takeshi Konomi recently updated his social media, playfully reacting to a surprising cameo of the famous “Skylab Hurricane” move from Captain Tsubasa in his manga. Konomi expressed his surprise on X, saying, “Did Prince of Tennis really feature the legendary ‘Skylab Hurricane’ from Captain Tsubasa?”

In his post, Konomi shared a panel from the latest chapter, where he jokingly explained the moment. He noted that while the move was called "Tenkuu Shihai" (Sky Control) in Japanese, the furigana revealed it as Himmel Liebe Orkan, translating to “Sky Love Hurricane.” Catching on, he humorously added, “...Oh.”
