The stage play "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" WITH LIVE BAND is set to be performed in Tokyo this December and in Osaka in January 2025. Along with this announcement, a teaser visual and cast information have been revealed. Yuki Ogoe will portray the protagonist Yuta Okkotsu, while Rei Fujita will reprise his role as the villainous sorcerer Suguru Geto.

In this third stage adaptation of Jujutsu Kaisen, the story will cover the prequel episode "Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical School", marking the first time the series will feature a live band performance.

Yuki Ogoe, who has experience starring in various stage productions, TV dramas, and films, will make his debut in the Jujutsu Kaisen stage series. Rei Fujita, known for his stable singing and acting abilities, has portrayed Suguru Geto since the first stage adaptation.

"Jujutsu Kaisen" is a dark fantasy manga that began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2018. It follows high school student Yuji Itadori as he enters a world of curses after the seal on a powerful cursed object is broken.

The manga has sold over 90 million copies worldwide. The anime adaptation, which aired from October 2020 to March 2021, became a hit, followed by a feature film in December 2021. The second season of the anime aired from July to December 2023. The series continues with Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game, and its stage play adaptation premiered in 2022.
