Bandai Namco’s Premium Bandai store has launched pre-orders for the Kamen Rider Outsiders adult cosplay item Premium DX Zain Driver (¥18,150 excluding shipping and handling) and the Premium DX Zain Card Set (¥4,400 excluding shipping and handling) from 4 PM on the 24th.

The Premium DX Zain Driver is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Zain, a key character in the Kamen Rider Outsiders series, now streaming on the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club. The set includes the Zain Driver and the Zain Progrise Key. When the key button is pressed, activation sounds are triggered, and the key unfolds automatically. Inserting it into the Zain Driver’s slot activates the transformation sounds for Kamen Rider Zain.

After transformation, users can activate Zain’s iconic “shredder ability.” Inserting a card into the top of the driver and pulling the lever triggers the mechanism, pulling the card inside the driver and ejecting a pre-shredded card from the bottom. The cards are not actually shredded—pre-cut cards are stored inside, replicating the dramatic in-show effect.

The driver also includes numerous voice lines from Zain (voiced by Tohru Ohkawa), which can be activated by pressing the “voice button” on the bottom. The set includes five Zain Cards—Cross Saber, Ultimate Revi, Ultimate Vice, Geats IX, and Dimension.

The Premium DX Zain Card Set offers an additional 23 cards from the show, including Zero-Two, Super-1, and Ride Player, which can be used with the Zain Driver for more transformation fun.
