The 30th episode of the new TV anime Rurouni Kenshin, titled "Encounter in the forest," will air on November 7 as part of Fuji TV's late-night anime programming block "Noitamina" and other channels.

Making his way through the forest, lost but heading toward Kyoto, Sanosuke encounters the ascetic monk Yukyuzan Anji.

Witnessing the incredible force of Anji's technique, Sanosuke asks to be taught the destructive secret known as "Futae no Kiwami," which Anji mastered after ten years of training.

The condition Anji sets is that Sanosuke must master it within a month—or die trying. In response to this harsh condition, Sanosuke declares that he will learn it in just one week. Thus begins Sanosuke's life-or-death training...
