Blue Box is a coming-of-age sports romance serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since April 2021. The story begins with Taiki Inomata, a member of the boys' badminton club, who falls for Chinatsu Kano, a senior from the girls' basketball club, as they practice together in the gym every morning. One spring day, as they prepare to move up a grade, a significant event drastically changes the distance between them... The series tenderly depicts the earnestness of the characters dedicating themselves to their club activities while also capturing the delicate emotions that come with falling in love.

Since its serialization, the manga has garnered significant attention from readers, winning the “Global Special Award” at the 2021 Next Manga Award and placing 4th in the Recommended Comics by Nationwide Bookstore Staff 2022. The series has surpassed 5 million copies in circulation, and in November 2022, it collaborated with Asahi Beverages’ “Calpis” for a special campaign, making it a spotlight title.
